Short version
The public Blueward Marine website does not set cookies for visitors, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. We only keep what is strictly needed for the booking form to work, and we tell you exactly what that is below.

Visitors who never open the staff inbox never receive any of the staff entries.
Website statistics
We count page views with a cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies, does not store an identifier on your device and does not follow you across other websites. We use the totals to see which pages are useful and which ones bring enquiries.
When you send a request, we note the page where you arrived and the website or campaign link that brought you to us. That information is kept in the page's memory only until you send the request, and then stored with your request as described in our Privacy Policy.
Why no consent banner
Spanish law (LSSI-CE, Article 22.2) and EU guidance allow storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, such as keeping a form draft, without asking for consent. Because the public site sets no other cookies or identifiers, there is nothing to accept or refuse. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will ask you first and update this page.
Removing stored data
You can delete local storage and cookies for this site at any time in your browser settings. Doing so only clears an unsent booking draft.
