Technical guides
Our guides explain how yacht systems work and what engineers usually check. They are general information, not instructions for a specific yacht. Always follow the manufacturer's manual and the safety procedures on board, and stop if you are not sure. Some systems, such as high-voltage electrics, fuel systems and pressurised hydraulics, should only be worked on by qualified people.

Online booking, call backs and the AI assistant
Sending a request through this website asks us to contact you about the work. It is not a contract and does not commit you to anything. Prices, timing and scope are agreed separately, after our assessment, in a quote you accept.
The AI technician assistant asks questions and suggests likely causes so our engineers arrive prepared. Its answers are preliminary and may be wrong; a person on our team reviews every request before anything is agreed.
Reviews
Reviews are published only with the author's consent and after manual moderation. We do not edit what a reviewer says, though we may decline to publish reviews that contain personal data of others, offensive content or content unrelated to our work.
